My Story
I grew up in Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida over 13 years ago. Like many people, I followed what seemed to be the "traditional" path, pursuing education, building a successful corporate career, and checking every box that looked right on paper.

For 20 years, I worked in the corporate financial industry, navigating high expectations, leadership responsibilities, and constant demands for performance and productivity.

But along the way, I discovered something important:
My true passion was never found in spreadsheets, performance metrics, or endless to-do lists. It was found in people. It was in the conversations where someone felt overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, and helping them rediscover clarity, confidence, direction, and purpose.

Those moments reminded me that transformation begins when we feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
Today, through Krystal Clear Coaching, LLC, I help individuals navigate life's most significant transitions, personally and professionally. Whether you're facing career changes, relationship shifts, burnout, healing after hardship, or simply feeling called toward something greater, you do not have to navigate it alone. My coaching approach combines compassion, clarity, accountability, and a practical strategy to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
