One of the most impactful books I’ve ever read is Failing Forward by John C. Maxwell. This book completely shifted the way I view embracing failure, setbacks, and the obstacles we face while pursuing growth and success.

For a long time, I would feel defeated when something didn’t work out the way I had planned. I often found myself walking away from projects or goals just before a breakthrough was possible. What this book taught me is that failure is not the end — it’s feedback. Every setback provides an opportunity to learn, adjust, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

One of the biggest lessons I took away was the importance of experimentation and resilience. When one approach doesn’t work, pause and evaluate the root cause. Ask yourself:

  • What can I learn from this?

  • What could I do differently?

  • What new solution can I try?

Growth happens through the willingness to adapt, refine, and keep going. Success is rarely a straight line — it’s a process of learning, pivoting, and continuing despite challenges.

Too often, people give up just before progress begins to unfold. The truth is, persistence paired with self-reflection can create incredible transformation over time.

So if you’re feeling discouraged, stuck, or frustrated with where you are right now, keep going.

Stay committed to your vision, trust the process, and don’t lose faith in yourself. You are far more capable than you realize. 🌺💕
